- The Titanic was the largest ship in the world in 1912.
- The Titanic as 882.5 feet long approximately the size of 3 football fields.

- Even after the Titanic struck the iceberg the electricity onboard stayed lit therefore making some passengers believe that there was nothing wrong making them return to their staterooms so the lifeboats were notfilled to capacity.
